The T5005 Electrostatic Precipitator by Johnson Controls is an industrial-grade, in-duct air filtration solution designed to clean large volumes of contaminated air in high-demand environments. With a robust airflow capacity of up to 20,000 CMH (11,771 CFM), the T5005 incorporates five advanced aluminum ionizer/collector cells featuring stainless steel spiked ionizers for optimal particle capture.
Housed in a durable blue epoxy-coated galvanized steel body, the T5005 ensures long-lasting performance in harsh industrial settings. The system operates with low pressure drop (≤65 Pa) for energy efficiency and can be easily installed via suspension, wall mount, duct frame, or direct in-duct setups.
The unit includes pre-filters, high-frequency ionizer cells, and optional after-filters such as heavy oil and activated carbon plates—ensuring exceptional removal of smoke, oil mist, odors, and fine particulate matter from 0.01 to 10 microns.
