Answers to the questions we hear most often. If yours is not here, call or message us on WhatsApp.
How often does a kitchen fire suppression system need inspection?
International standards for commercial kitchens require an inspection by a qualified technician at least every six months. Fusible links also need to be replaced at regular intervals. We can set up a schedule and remind you when the next visit is due.
Do you visit the site before giving a price?
Yes. For new installations we visit the site, measure the cooking line and check the duct route and roof before quoting. For maintenance and filter replacement we can often quote from photos and the model numbers of your equipment.
Which areas do you cover?
We are based in Jeddah. Contact us with your location and we will confirm whether we can cover your site.
Can you work on a system installed by another company?
Yes. We inspect, repair and maintain existing kitchen exhaust and ANSUL R-102 systems. On the first visit we check the system against the current appliance layout and tell you if anything needs to change.
Do I need an ecology unit?
If your kitchen exhaust is released near neighbours, inside a mall, or into a shared shaft, you usually need to filter smoke and odour first. We can assess your site and recommend the right filtration.
Can you work outside our opening hours?
Yes. Cleaning, filter changes and inspections can be scheduled early in the morning or after closing so your kitchen keeps running.
Do you sell parts separately?
Yes. Fans, filters, ecology units and ANSUL R-102 spare parts are available in our online store, and our team can help you choose the right part.
