The Electrostatic Precipitator T1001 is engineered for efficient in-duct air purification in industrial and commercial HVAC systems. This unit utilizes a powerful electrostatic filtration system with a single combined ionizer and collector cell made of corrosion-resistant aluminum and stainless steel. With a compact footprint and an airflow capacity of up to 4,000 CMH (2,354 CFM), the T1001 is ideal for environments where traditional filters fail to perform under high dust or oil mist conditions.
The T1001 is equipped with a high-frequency solid-state power supply and can be suspended, wall-mounted, or duct-mounted for versatile installation. It features a robust galvanized steel housing with a durable epoxy coating, ensuring long-term performance and protection in demanding applications. Optional pre-filters and carbon after-filters allow for enhanced particulate and odor control.
With its low power consumption (30W) and an exceptionally low pressure drop (≤65 Pa), the T1001 helps improve indoor air quality without compromising HVAC efficiency. Its modular design allows for easy scalability by joining multiple units together.
